purchase tickets for travel. If you wish to purchase a ticket for
someone else, and are not traveling on the same itinerary,
you should call us to arrange your purchase. |

Cancellations For Overseas Packages Tour:

departure; loss of deposit plus any administration fees
(visa, airline cancellation fees and any

departure; 50% of land tour cost plus any administration
fees (visa, airline cancellation fees
and any applicable amendment fees). |

45 days or less prior to departure; 100% of total tour cost.

** The land tour regrettably cancellation charges and fees
cannot be waived. There can be no exceptions. No refund will
be made for any unused portions of the holiday after the
departure date. Please note that employees of any overseas
company or staff of outside Canada is not authorized to give
any guarantees or agreements to customers in respect of
refunds or any other matters. |

Changes to a Booking:

* Flights: Requests for changes less than 7 days
before departure will not be accepted and will make the
booking subject to full cancellation charges. |

* All ticket purchases are final and cannot be cancelled, they are non refundable and non- transferable. Once tickets have been
issued there may be a penalty involved for refunds.
Any changes made to the itinerary is restricted. |

are non assignable, name changes on the tickets are not
permitted, ticket cost and service fees are non refundable,
all govt. and our service fees and taxes are included in the
total ticket cost. Date and other changes to the ticket will
incur penalties. |
Customs & Immigration:

* Customs and or immigration officials can deny a person
entry into their country at their own discretion. A previous
criminal record could be an obstacle in international
travel. Gold-Gold Travel cannot be held responsible for
denied entry under any circumstances. |
Documentation:

* It is your
responsibility to obtain, at your own expense, all the
documentation required by relevant government authorities
for the purpose of your holiday. Required documentation may
vary depending on citizenship status. Special documentation
may be required for minors traveling alone; for children who
have a different surname than the adults who accompany them;
or for single parents traveling with children. Prior to
departure, you should check with the relevant consulate
about what documentation is required. We strongly recommend
you travel with a valid passport. For information on the
Canadian Government Passenger Protect program, please visit
www.passengerprotect.gc.ca
Landed immigrants without Canadian citizenship or a
Permanent Resident Card may be denied boarding upon return
to Canada. In the event that a passenger does not possess
the documentation required by the government authorities at
the holiday destination or by the airline, passage or entry
to the destination may be refused. If passage or entry is
refused, Gold-Gold Travel will not be held liable and will
not issue any refunds. |

least 72 hours prior to departure in order to avoid
